Privacy Policy

Who we are

RAD Sports operates football pitches, padel courts, and youth football academies at RAD Sports Studio City and RAD Sports Al Barsha in Dubai, and delivers sports-facility contracting across the UAE. For any privacy question or request, email contact@radsports.ae.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. Your name, phone number, and email address when you call, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or register a child for an academy.
• Booking details. The venue, sport, date, and time slot you reserve, plus payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Academy registration details. For youth programmes, the participant's name, date of birth, and any medical or emergency information a parent or guardian chooses to share with our coaching team.
• Website usage data. Aggregate analytics about pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, and device type, collected by our privacy-focused analytics provider so we can see which pages are useful.
• CCTV footage. Our venues are monitored by CCTV for the safety of players and staff. Signage is displayed on site.

How we use your data

We use personal data to confirm and manage bookings, run academy sessions safely, answer enquiries, issue invoices and receipts, handle incidents and lost property, and improve our facilities and website. If you have opted in, we may also send you occasional updates about leagues, events, and offers. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@radsports.ae.

Third parties and embedded content

Our location pages embed Google Maps so you can find each venue, and our app listings link to the Apple App Store and Google Play. These providers may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when their content loads, under their own privacy policies. We use a third-party analytics provider for aggregate website statistics, and a payment provider to process app payments. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require. Academy registration records are kept for the duration of the programme and a reasonable period afterwards so returning players do not have to re-register. CCTV footage is overwritten on a rolling basis unless it is needed for an incident report. Enquiry emails and WhatsApp threads are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete data we no longer need, or object to marketing. Parents and guardians can exercise these rights on behalf of a child registered in one of our academies. Email contact@radsports.ae and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.

Security

Access to booking and registration data is limited to staff who need it to do their job. Our website and app are served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be communicated by email or in the app.
